Charitable Decline

I'm sludging thru my first "block". This is new, but not new. I've dabbled in this imagery before, but it's all that came out.

ha!

i'm trying to write my last article EVER for the FP, and feeling much the same-- dabbling in imagery i've used before, and not quite pulling what i want out of it.

i'm trying though, ringo... i'm trying real hard.

Give a send off to the grass roots of WPG! Make it pretty or ugly. You're in the opportunity of the guy who gets to tell the boss what he really thinks. Don't blow it! LoL!

I'd concentrate on your landscapes, skies in particular.

And by this I don't mean paint lots of skies, but concentrate on the technique that you use to create such imagery.

In fact, the work I've appreciated most are those that contain a lot of this, as I think it demonstrates a potential strength in terms of abstraction.

5 at once is the only way, no dead ends, just open doors.

is that a flash? or some kinda super duper shiny paint. I'd say I've seen similar faces from you.

tha central figures shape reminds me of Klaus Nomi's sut. ever heard of him? he used to back bowie a little, a real kook. german falsetto futurist.

the buildings in the back are cool, maybe just a painting of those funky buildings perhaps...
